- To ensure the Quality all of Parts of Internal production and part form
- Supplier are in the Requirement
- Handling for Quality for Supplier parts both of New and Existing parts
- Quality improvement activities of production process and supplier
- Action for customer/internal quality defects, Rout Cause Analysis and corrective action
- Creating of customer application documents.
- Creating and revising of internal quality documentation.
- Conducting process/product audit for internal and supplier.
- Handling of all Customer Audit activity for New Project and Regular audit
- Implement QE Staff tasks and have QE staff authority based on superior Instruction
- Handling for Quality internal Control of New Project parts
- Ensuring that all documents are adopt the IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and following the company policy
- Keep the working environment in a good health, safety, implementing 5S and comply to the EHS policy
- Manages/Implements to achieve the target of Department policy.
- Conduct and ensure EMS (ISO 14001: 2015) are implemented according to its procedure and shall prevent any contamination to environment on their processes and department
- Conduct any kind of processes and activities considering hazard and risk of
- job and shall prevent any kind of occupational accident and illness happened
- Handling hazardous and toxic material including (using, handling spill, and disposal to trash bin)
- Conduct identification occupational hazard and risk in their department and conduct control of risk using hierarchy of risk control
- Conduct internal audit as auditor based schedule arranged by IS0 secretary
- Conducting measurement for in process product
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Technical or equivalent.
- Max age 30 years old
- Required language : English (both oral and written)
- Min 2 Years experience at QC area, supplier control are in automotive industries (customer handling experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with measurement tools especially CMM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Have knowledge of quality tools, 5S, safety,
- kaizen and other manufacturing knowledge
