Lowongan Kerja PT HLI Green Power
1. Production Operator/Technician

Job Requirement
  • Technical HighSchool (SMK)/General Highschool (SMA), are welcome to apply (preferably mechanical/mechatronic engineering background)
  • Maximum 24 Years Old
  • Possessed passive or intermediate and basic tools.
  • Familiar in Using Measuring and Basic Tools
  • Familiar in using computer.
  • Good Attitude, Honest, Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
  • healthy visual ability & ideal body mass index is preferable
  • Able to work in a shift system (day and night)
  • Able to Work Overtime
  • Willing to be placed at karawang
  • Have been vaccinated (Vaccine 1,Vaccine 2 and Booster Vaccine)
Job Responsibility
  • Maintains production of roll press and slitter equipment to maximize operational efficiency and maintain product standards in safety and quality.
  • Inspecting equipment, machine setting changeover, performing minor adjustments and preventative maintenance when needed.
  • ensure that the process and products meet quality standars and take proper corrective actions if needed, by understanding of equipment manual,machine parameter and product standard
  • daily check production check sheet and report to shift leaders if there is abnormality
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace (5S/3R)
2. Quality Operator

Job Requirement
  • Technical School Graduate SMK, Majoring In Mechanical / Mechatronic or Chemical Analysis ( Graduate SMA-IPA are Welcome to Apply )
  • Maximum 25 Years Old
  • Experience minimum 1 year as Quality Inspector
  • Possessed Good Technical And Analysis Skills.
  • Familiar in Using Measuring and Basic Tools
  • Intermediate computer skills (Ms. Office)
  • Good Attitude, Honest, Hardworking and willing to work under pressure
  • healthy visual ability & ideal body mass index is preferable
  • Willing to work in a shift system
  • Willing to Work Overtime
  • Willing to be placed at karawang
  • Have been vaccinated (Vaccine 1,Vaccine 2 and Booster Vaccine)
Job Responsibility
  • Perform sample testing in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • operating measuring tools / instrument in accordance with standard procedures.
  • create the inspection report and report to the leader.
  • perform maintenance on all measuring instruments.
  • ensure that the process and products meet quality standards and take proper corrective actions if needed, must be familiar with work instruction and work standard.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace (5S/3R)
3. Assembly Operator

JOB Responsibility
  • Assemble products as per the drawing and route sheet.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Communicate with Assembly Team Leader should production/quality issues arise.
  • Communicate with QC Team to have first off assemblies checked before full production.
Job Requirements 
  • Technical HighSchool (SMK)/General Highschool (SMA), are welcome to apply (preferably mechanical/mechatronic engineering background)
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Have an eye for quality.
  • The ability read and communicate in English.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn new skills
